In February 2017 the club room at Trimpley Village Hall suffered considerable damage as a result of Storm Doris. The high winds took the roof off the club room and bar, allowing rain to pour in. Thanks to Bev Pegg and his band, the village hall hosted a really entertaining evening in October, with lively music and much laughter.
In November 2014 – Once again The Lady & the Sax entertained us at the Village Hall with a lively mix of music and song. The Christmas Party, held on 12th December 2015, was yet again a resounding success with entertainment by Maxine & the Sounds of Soul. Committee members had adorned the Hall with some newly bought Christmas decorations and the ladies of the Committee provided an excellent supper.
A fundraising concert with Graham Breeze and Toby Wilson was held in the Village Hall on Saturday 1st March 2014. ‘Breeze & Wilson’ are an acoustic duo playing guitars, dobros and banjos, and singing in harmony.
