Dear residents of The Trimpley Parish,
There will be a meeting on Monday September 4th at the Trimpley Village hall.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss matters concerning the village hall, including the running of it, the funding, events held, hiring of the facilities, promotion of the hall, social media platforms and web site.
We would welcome your input, including any beneficial ideas you may have.Moreover, this will be your opportunity to raise any issues you may have concerning the hall or the running of it.
We would ask you to advise us in writing no later than Friday 1st September of any queries or issues you may have .
This will hopefully give the committee the opportunity to collate, prioritise, prepare and satisfactorily respond to your points during the meeting.
We will endeavour to respond to as many points as possible. In order to do so, the committee will only address points they have received in writing.
