Following the Opening Event in March, we would like to thank everyone who took part in making the afternoon such a success. The displays and demonstrations were first class and clearly showed visitors what a varied range of activities are held in our Village Hall.
We now have an excellent main hall for daytime and evening use. The new windows look out over the view and make the room light and inviting for daytime activities. Evening events/meetings are enhanced by the new heating and lighting. The modern fully fitted kitchen is a vast improvement and meets all today’s hygiene standards.
We are pleased to have been invited to enter our Development Project in the Biffa Awards 2012, and delighted that we have now been short-listed for this Award. We await the results with anticipation.
