Trimpley Village Hall Development Project
Further to my letter in November 2010, I am delighted to inform you that we have now been successful in obtaining the grant funding we need to be able to go ahead with the Village Hall Development Project.
Work began on 18th July 2011 and is expected to take approximately 3-4 months to complete.
The majority of the building work will have little effect on the use of the Hall for normal activities. However, it is anticipated that there will be several weeks when the main room and kitchen cannot be used. This will be a period between Monday 15th August and Friday 9th September.
Regular user groups with bookings falling within this time have been offered the use of the Clubroom for their meetings during this period.
Car parking and toilet facilities will remain available throughout the development. During the use of the Clubroom, kitchen facilities will be unavailable, although groups are welcome to bring their own refreshments.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and/or disruption caused to your group during the building work. We thank you for your continued support and hope you will be pleased with the improved facilities once the Development Project is completed.
