Hire Charges

from 1st May 2018

 

OCCASIONAL LETTINGS

MAIN HALL

(Main Hall & Kitchen, including furniture, crockery & cutlery etc.)

Meetings and Children’s Parties:

£20.00 per hour

BAR and SOCIAL CLUB ROOM

£20.00 per hour

BOTH ROOMS

£30.00 per hour

Additionally

Bar Staff are to be paid on the day of the event at £20 per hour.

We charge a £150 protection deposit against any damages which is returned to you shortly after the booking.

Regular group bookings in the main hall at a reduced hourly rate. Please contact bookings@trimpleyvillagehall.org with your request.

 


 

REGULAR USER GROUPS: Charges by arrangement

WEDDINGS, etc.: by special arrangement

 


 

HIRE OF FURNITURE: (away from Hall)

Chairs – £1.00 each per day

Tables – £5.00 each per day

ADVERTISEMENTS ON NOTICE BOARD:

(postcard size or smaller) –  £10 per month
