Official Opening Event – Saturday 17th March 2012
We would like to thank all those who have agreed to put on a table-top exhibit at the Official Opening of the new facilities at the Village Hall.
We are now finalising our plans for Saturday 17th March and will be holding a meeting on Wednesday March 14th at 8.00pm, when we will be planning the layout of the room for the afternoon event. Representatives from User Groups are invited to this meeting so that allocation of space and position for displays can be agreed.
The proposed programme of events is shown below. Please note that the timing has changed from that stated earlier and the afternoon event will now run from 2.00pm – 4.00pm [not 5.00pm].
The room will be available to groups for setting up exhibits from 10am on Saturday 17th March. The tables will be in position ready for groups to set up their displays. Obviously we need all exhibits to be completed before the doors open to visitors and guests at 2.00pm.
