            CODE Of CONDUCT             

The Trimpley Village Hall Committee is a voluntary group of people who are committed to providing a friendly and enjoyable environment for the residents and people of the parish to visit and use the facilities provided.

We welcome like minded people to our Hall and new members wishing to help us in our objectives.

We kindly ask that all members as well as those in the local community and the parish to adhere and respect the following code of conduct:

We do not accept bullying in any form.

We do not accept gossip, intimidation, threats, anonymous accusations, violence, aggression, or inappropriate language as an acceptable manner of behaviour.

The Trimpley Village Hall Committee reserve the right not to engage with those who seek to promote dissension or division, or who bully, attempt to intimidate or canvass residents of our community.

To this end we set out our Community Code of Conduct. These are the values with which we promote membership and community engagement.

5. Be careful with the words you choose to use
6. Be understanding

If you wish to make positive changes and have something to say concerning your Village Hall, get involved and join us.

Note – Should The Trimpley Village Hall Committee agree that a person/persons have not behaved in an acceptable manner or in accordance with the rules stated above, we reserve the right to suspend/cancel membership, or permanently prohibit that person/those persons from entering the Hall and premises.
